The KFTL External Grievance Response Mechanism provides a platform for KFTL stakeholders/customers to submit grievances, about perceived or real instances of unfavourable experiences with the company. KFTL commits that all grievances will be reviewed by KFTL in a timely and systematic manner, to arrive at a fair, timely and objective resolution. Please see the below for further information.
